Nice challenge, the run-up SEEMS like a bit of a hassle but there's a way to get around that.

I guess you could come from the roof of the pink building behind you but that would be just weak, come from where the rail lies and you'll be the man

The hospital just down the island from the NPM, just before that big reddish house with the swimming pool.

If it's possible, then you can do it from a natural bump  You dont need for double bump. I think I will install vice only tomorrow. BTW Nice challange.
