EDIT2: tried unzipping it and it has failed CRC and the file is corrupt and other errors for all of the files. that was a waste of download.. ffs
You hate this , too?
You downloaded a video and then the .rar was corrupted and you need to redownload ?
Never again!
Here is a tut , so you can watch the video , even if the .rar is corrupted .
1.)Put the .rar file on the desktop (or in any other folder).

or just do it this way:
Right Click > Extract Files
And select "Don't delete corrupted files"
If there is an error on any file you download you better call your ISP or when its cause of winrar get IzArc or update wr.
//Edit: KillaMarcis way is kinda - ehmmm bad imo just use the winrar way i explained - also this only works on files which were downloaded atleast 10% (Stack size) and with videos which are in ordered format.
