Well, ive had this problem before but now it's back, trying to delete something and windows saying that it's currently in use even though it isn't.An example would be Call Of Duty, i uninstalled the game a few weeks ago but even now it won't let me delete 3 or 4 of it's empty folders. Another program that caused this is dc++, i downloaded some stuff from it and i was able to delete the files i got but not the folder they came in, same annoying 'Close any programs that might be using it and try again'
I know theres a program called killbox i had it before but it just says the files/folder you selected can't be deleted. Either that or it just 'deletes' them but in reality it moves them in some folder in program files
so anyone got any way to solve this and get rid of these annoying bugs?

There is a program called 'Who locked me?' where you right click and it tells you whats locking it.
Also, safe mode will enable you to delete most of them files.
OR some shredding program, tune up utilities has one.
If you need anymore help ask on MSN.
