Aenima also did it in "Falling"...with the packer on the roof.

Put the packer on the street and jump onto the roof, it's not cheated that way -_-

Edit: Actually, 28 didn't do it in "Iskanderrrr vs 28," Iskanderrrr did however do a stoppie to grind from that spot and he had a packer on the roof.
