Thats kinda the whole thing. U must be very fast to manage to pull of a BWS at the second floor of the awnings.
And if you sometime manage to pull if off, The grind is a bitch. Because u wont have so much speed when you have landed. And the chanses that u goin in the wall by mistake is high.
