I owned that spot in Black Sunday.. Note the little ledge on the crane, closer to the bump? I landed there. Watch Black Sunday if you don't believe me

If you're coming from the other side of the Docks, you have to turn to the left, then a sudden right and bump the bump and land on a probably revolving crane. Correct? This will be one for the ages. Xtramus, downloading Black Sunday.

Bumping that isn't very tough.... And isn't that whole thing like funnel shaped? I could've sworn. Once when I was p2b'ing to the ships, it was close to the opposite side, and I'd still hit something that's not there... it's odd.

More than one person can have the same Idea, I did this before Xtramus released that video.
