But the runup isn't the best, cause there's a building before the packer, or that's not problem?

That is a big problem .

Run up is very good but big bad restaurant building blocks bump.

Yeah, seems hard as hell. The distance is really far, that might be a problem.... yeah. Talk about obvious. I won't bother trying, I can't land that.
