Ok here is a challenge for you all, it is in LS Airport/Docks. Basically packerbump the fence of the airportl then land on the small crane, continue on up its length and go over the water to the dock on the other side. Enjoy!

I did this a few days ago - the crane col sucks - it throws me off shortly before the end cause there is a bump.

I only fell into the water a few times close to the other side

Gave it a few goes. Took some time altering packer position. Blew myself up once. Finally got a few goes in...Couldnt even make the distance to the water.
Tips? From my view it looks impossible.

EDIT: That crane isnt on the other side of the water is it...I thought it was! I could maybe make that. I'll try it again tomorrow.
