It's the at the side of the courthouse just near Torrington for the one's who don't know where it is.

There is plenty of landing space for the iffy one's but if you come at a too great speed, you might bump yourself into the water, check it out for yourself and see what speed you should come at!

The actual point was to land down near the water but the Airgrab was cool none-theless but doesn't count my friend.
