Nah you can gap from the other roof with a packer then go down the steps

Are you joking or what?
With the normal MAIN.SCM that comes with LC you can spawn a chopper and a PCJ by pressing Left Shift+Right Mouse or something so it would not be modding.

Daffy it may come with LC, but it's still not possible to spawn them on Gta II or Gta: VC, so it's modding

As long as it can be done with a clean install of LC i don't consider it modding, LC is a MOD or a total conversion as some like to say in other words LC is not VC/GTAIII, if the team that made this total conversion decided to put that into the game i got no scruples using that function.
And you're damn right this is not GTAIII/VC/GTAII, a team makes this, we've been using everything that team makes including new col files so what so bad about this?

Just for the record, thoose stairs can't be reached from that roof i tried.

Aries: That's excactly what i do but i'm not a frickin modder if i do that, that's the point i'm trying to prove since i don't have to change a single file.

Any roof reachable by a chopper in LC that a PCJ could drop off isn't considered modding.

That made no sense at all David.

I found a way to get a packer on the roof without modding or teleporting...just by doing some good ol' plain stunting.

I'll check this out once I get on my XPS.
