I've been trying this for a little while now, I have gotten close twice, but I decided to give up on it and let some other people try this..

Is there a way to get more run up then just going all the way back to that building, otherwise, you aint getting 106 ft of air off that.

Unless you took a left turn so you'd get more speed, you won't make that... looks pretty tough for that height.

Well i was thinking doing a backwards BSM it would work really well.

Or Packer bumping off the start of the metal creat thing.
