Get on some SA multiplayer with your friend, get yourself two hydras and soar into the sky. One guy goes really high, then bails out of his plane and the other guy trys to catch him below  (A long way down, don't lame it and NO hovering ;P) Invincibility is allowed, or you can use a parachute I guess. Good luck to anyone that feels like trying

(The falling guy should fraps the thing since there's no replays :E)

I can fly but my distance from the world makes it a bad option for me

Fly upside down and land on the bottom .  That'd look impressive.

Here's something to try, I don't know if it's possible but it might be.

Get a Hydra and fly pretty high. Start doing a backflip and when you're about halfway complete through the revolution, bail out. Get the Hyrda to complete the flip so you land on top and hop back in.

I've seen this done in other games but never GTA.

cause its not possible, the hydra drops so fast after exiting it that you barely get a chance to see it hit the floor.
