Tsunami, you're setting up the BSM wrong .  Turn the bike around so you're bumping off of the back half, and make more of it sticking out...line the front wheel up with the pole.

Easy. I could do it within a few tried. Besides, I landed up there just from the left side of the building, from that view, from a BSM. If you're a beginner stunter, this would be something to put in this stunt video... just too simple.
