It isn't possible without modding, so it's impossible (I think it's not possible to get a NRG up there). Though I post this challenge just for fun. Bump then grind. Good luck!

I'm pretty sure you can get up there without mods. But that stunt looks almost impossible in itself anyhow

You can get up there without mods...from other roofs....nice spot and bloody hard to snag

even when you get your nrg up there, if you miss the rail you have to get back up to the roof each time! i'll try when i finish my last day of school!!! woot!!!!

is impossible the right word TD? it's definately one of the hardest grind challenges i've ever seen, but if you had extreme patience you could do it. i have faith cuz i've seen you do pwnage shit before
