Title: Skyward Taxi Collab
Post by: BurnoutLS13 on May 26, 2006, 12:08:10 PM: After days of computer troubles and pestering, I've finally manage to upload Skyward! This hasn't been my best editing, it was more of a "Get It Done" project so don't expect the best results. This is just a fun vid we put together for you guys. Enjoy!

p.s. that first song was used before, but in a old old old old video, so no harm done :P

Stunts were cool, especially burnout's grind :D editing was great (few bugs here and there,didnt really matter so much) and also the music was nice, the main music, american pie track, Ive been listening that song for the last couple of days now. It rocks.

Editing: 8/10
Stunts: 9/10
Overall: 8.5/10
Cool to see ppl actually measuring up with Neo and having better stunts than him in taxi stunting, coz I have always kinda seen him as the best taxi stunter... Cool..

i finished editing the vid far before i got semi-involved with ISC and stuff, and personally i think those stunts were easy, i've basically mastered cabbie boosting so im gonna try going for helibumps and greater heights, thanks for the reviews guys! ;) also i'm proud to congradulate the stunters involved if i havent already :grin:

Well...Atleast you tried :P but it makes you look like a pussy using a packer even though usually cabbie stunts can be tipped without a packer :unsure:

Post by: Xtramus on May 27, 2006, 04:56:16 AM: OK vid. Some really great stunts, Neo stood out for me but I already kinda expected that. Everyone had some awesome stuff but there were two stunts I just plain hated for the fact I did them myself and also better.

Editing wasn't really anything special, but I'm a big fan of clean vids myself, I hate seeing all these things done to clips 'just to give them nice colours' or something like that.

Music was OK though the first song was better, I really felt a mood during the first one. The second one suited the vid as well.

Overall not a bad job but those two stunts pulled the vid down for me a bit. Still, awesome work, if there's something like this in the future give me a beep cause I'd love to make a taxi collab as well, just didn't have the time when this got started and stuff.

I really liked only 5-6 stunts - all the others were like high jumps to the low roofs or high jumps to the ground or nice but not landed accidents - like Neo's collision with 4 helicopters ...
or old and done before like 2times.
Intro was nice i sorta liked it
stunts - standouts :
1.12 - nice - good landing
1.49 - eh - my stunt - perfomed plain and ugly - sad to see cause mine was better ...
2.27 - it's good but recorded awfully
2.53 - very nice dynamic stunt
3.18 - that was truly awesome - one of the stunts i enjoyed watching
4.03 - cool - very good idea
5.40 - great - was waiting for somebody to do it
5.58 - looks nice and showy - good job
6.35 - heh - interesting stunt - a grind on the roof - was just something new
all the others were not impressive - i'm sorry ... - 8.2/10
music - both nice songs but nothing special - 8/10
Editing - was not outstanding - maybe you scared to overedit it - but i gotta say the opposite - it's not edited enough - 7.8/10

overall - 8/10 - average taxi video - (maybe i've watched Boost too many times) but that's my opinion. No Offence.
