Nice work mate, an interesting find. Have you tried other vehicles other than the bullet to work out if they are more/less effective? I would be curious to see.

Also have you tried...on second thought Ill try it (possible awesome idea )

Nice find. but looks too boring and easy imo depends of the landing of course, but roof landings look just boring with it.

And did you find any other spots to bump the packer?

From the 3 car rule mission you have to do, you get the FCR's that are driving in the mission plus the vehicle you were using to drive up to the spot where you get on the fcr. Therefore you can technically use any vehicle, which in the case of this example would be the bullet

I was trying to get the nrg stuck on this way cause the Infernus would always blew away...
never tried with the bullet though.

Great find... it will be awesome to use it with precision landings...
