Quick question, hoping for a quick answer too.
If I don't actually touch a building but I grind the fence that is around the bar and obviously part of the area, is that allowed? Or if I land a sign with text strip bar that is next to the bar but separated to it? I think considering the low amount of possibilites this challenge gives it could be accepted, but I'm ok if it's not, just clear it up as soon as possible, thanks.

Yes, both of the options are fine, as long as the element you include in your stunt can be logically associated with the strip club's "exterior" -- as you yourself mentioned, the sign and the fence are parts of the exterior.

Anyway, both good stunts, and it doesn't seem like you struggled too much with the challenge. I don't really know what else to say, sorry for not being more verbose as usual.

My vote goes to Diaz. In my opinion, he clearly had the more difficult stunt and precision to land on (although I would have preferred to see either more spinning or a clean backwards stoppie there!).

Thanks dude but it was hard enough to perform for me, I suck hard at mtb stunting.
Anyway I'm really curious about your main spot Promagic, hoping to see it landed and released in some video then.
