I have this project coming up real soon, first project ever since my last one, my ET final entry.

But there's a problem. See,  I have a new pc right, and when I record sa footage on fraps and then slow it down in vegas, it's always so fast. I put the framerate to 12.5 on fraps then slow it down on vegas to 2.0 but it's just so fast


what do I do?

I don't understand how slowing something down will let something become faster than original, especially since you're "slowing down" from 1,000 to 2,000. Very contradicting.

I kinda have the same problem though, as if the fps is unstable which it's not.

Damn my mistake. Let me re-phrase that.

I record GTA  with fraps. But when i try to SPEED up the clip in vegas it looks unstable as hell.
