Anyways, my step-dad allowed me to use his laptop for this thing, if ncix doesn't fix the issue in due time, so all is resolved. I hope I could get it reshipped by then tho, let's all hope together! Maybe that'll work :) Or will reverse psychology kick in from the majority of you guys that would intentionally hope that I won't get it & I would get it right on time anyway. I won't be able to give 1 or 2 days more for the ones that are in both, mainly because it would be unfair with the very rest of the competitors. I may sort things up, tho.

Yes, the first round objectives aren't going to be as 'hard' or really specific as the next ones.

Note: Objectives regarding looks and color corrections, will be rated according to this:
Best look: Look>Color Correction>Editing
Best Color Correction: Color Correction>Look>Editing

I suppose "look" is the general appearance of video, as understood as elegance, quality of the game, recordings ect.
And thus, judges when judging for "best looks" will have to focus on those aspects rather than CC and effects like transitions, crops and all of those.

2 infos here:
1) Shifftee, I'll try to post-pone your matches to the 20th as you requested, but if it affects the whole going of the tournament, I'm afraid I'll have to move along.
2) I'll be traveling from the 4th to 6th, and maybe moving from 12th to ?.
I'll send the chalenges to the judges and the sheet with all matches that shall happen during that period, and I'll try my best to be here to post them, otherwise, I may vote only.

That goddamn deadline is not just for editors, the judges are not the ones who should block the smooth flow of it with their inactive attitude; firstly it shows the interest of the editor himself, how much he doesn't give a damned fuck, secondly it gives the whole thing a dull mood, me personally don't even want to show up anything at all while i see that the whole tournament is going into shit. I don't say i want to quit or anything, i am too selfish to leave cause of other people, while i see i have a good chance for a great place at the end. I would recommend a judgement refresh, but it would just fuck the whole thing up again, so shit at it.

My suggestion: Now that we're in the knockouts, consider increasing the time limit by 1 day for each new round.
So, it would be like this:
Group stage: 3 days
Round of 16: 4 days
Quarterfinals: 5 days
Semifinals: 6 days
Finale: 7 days (1 week should be sufficient for the finals ;))
For VC you can do the same, of course, but at one point you will have to skip a number.
I also hope that we'll see some more elaborate challenges in the knockouts.

Uhh, sorry, my ethernet cable broke from the inside 2 days ago while I was trying to make it reach my room throgh the wall (I was using it in the hallway before, that's why I was able to reply in a few topics). I got a new one today, and since I was only being able to use internet via m celphone, I couldn't post nor send PMs.
I sent a message to warow today, because Christian will not be able to vote anymore, so he'll take his place. I already prepared some matches that already had it's final results, but I still have to wait on the other ones that depend on a last vote.

Just use all the stunts you got, doesn't matter how much they fit.
For the past tournament and the one I organized after it I just randomized the challenges and stunts. Didn't see anyone complain about the stunts "not being usable".
Long story short, you're gonna get a lot less whining if you just get it posted sooner.

One judge got taken out for the knockouts to avoid that situation (it was Christian if I'm not mistaken). So there's 5 judges:
