To me this method is modding. It looks cool and I like it sorta but it is modding. COuldn't be done on PS2 or a clean install.

The helicopter COULD still be flying towards you there, so technically it's not modding, and technically it could be done on PS2

Modded in my opinion. You'd have to have alot of luck for the copter to be flying that exact course and then you'd get one chance every time you're wanted.

This can be done without teleporting.

You can get 3 stars or what it is (when you get the helicopter chasing you) inside the airport, on the runup, so that means it's totally possible

Is it possible to get back to the end of runway and boost down it without having the chopper already making it to the runway?
Seems a little "on-the-edge" to me...

It's exactly like Dannye's u.scm, some stunts would be "impossible" without it because you'd go insane. Just a tool to make it easier, because this would be possible on PS2 too.

No, we're not the ones with the record on the line. Still modded in my opinion until you do one of the without any of dannye's tools.
