Where can I find the SandKing (the 4x4 in the Sunshine Auto from VC) for San Andreas?

I've seen it in the trailer.

it is supposed to be under the "Big Ear" only problem is I dont have a clue what that is

Its The big Sattlelite Dish In LV in one of the small towns i cant remember withc one but check your map its right under the ear once you get on the top of the hill follow a little road on your left and it takes you under the dish then there is a little fence with an opening in it go in there and drive around the ear and you should see a sandking
