I have GTX 1060 and i5 processor and 8gb of ram but I cant still get on 80-120 fps (I don't know if 120fps is the limit) I can only at 55-72fps any fix?
I did a

it is weird indeed, my pc is "inferior" and i get 100-120 almost 100% of the time

there might be an issue with your HDD
I had lags on both GTA IV and VC 6 months before my hdd passed away. Do surface test and if it's fine then try defragmentation.

Well it's GTA after all. Everything is possible, so no wonder.
You can fix this problem by getting a big magnet and sliding it on your HDD for couple of minutes. No more lags guaranteed :jajaja:

ah yes, the old magnet realignment trick that increases the speed of the electrons and improves loading times, need to do that thanks for the reminder. also if your PSU has a red switch then flip it to get more power to your gpu and improve frame rates.

Delete System32 & SysWOW64, boosts FPS by like 50%

there is always a possibility that old games doesnt run better on newer hardware. You should compare your rig with someone who get ~100 fps and then take a look.
