Actually I eat everything. But im lessening the candies and sweets nowadays, cause sugar isnt good for you.

But its not the food that matters its the work outs. You wont get a good body with a right diet but with working your ass off in the gym

*Cough* if I may interrupt.. It's equally important to keep a healthy diet with lots of protein in order to get fit, as it is just doing exercises and such. Make sure you eat enough too, and workout accordingly to your diet.

without a lot of food you can get "ripped" but wont really put on that much size if you arent eating right

Im happy with my gains for 3 months now. I told you I dont have a diet or something. My protein shakes cover my protein needs. Also Noah, if you eat lots of foods rich of protein your body wont be able to digest it and it may poison you. I said this in another topic as well, the food your consume should be something around 65% carbohydrates, 30% proteins and 5% fats.

you cant really build the max with just 5% fat, when i meant a huge amount of food i was talking about cals, not necessarily proteins, as you said your body wont be able to use more than 2.2xbodyweight

I dont really count cals but I eat around 2000-2600~ calories a day. From 4 to 5 meals that is
