Yes, open your imgtool in gta3.img of VC, then find the player.dff, extract to your desktop, open your imgtool in gta3.img of LC and find player.dff, then delete it and add that player.dff you extracted in your desktop.

Before post a topic try to search what you want

Download a IMG Tool, open the VC gta3.img file with it, extract the player.dff file from it.
Right click on the gta3.img file in the LC folder, chose properties and uncheck "writing-protection", open the LC gta3.img file with the IMG Tool and delete the player.dff file in it and then import the one you extracted from the VC gta3.img file.
Then click "Commands" and "Rebuild" and then you're done.
