Alright, I can't fuxxin use task manager no more. I can't see the processes or anything. I can open multiple task managers too. And the text disappeared. Pic:

Sometimes it happends with me either.
Like a ghost-in-the-machine.
For me it appears/happends when i using my downloading program simultanously with other net sites, and somekind of program/game.
Problem is always fixed after i'd closed the downloader program.
