Another Advice?

I'm done now in hospital, I am now in my home but, before I went home, I just buy a new PC (sorry for the bad english)

Here's the spec

* Intel 3.6 GHz Core i7-4960X
* Asus M5A99X Evo
* GeForce GTX 780 Ti
* High End Cooler Phanteks PH-TC14PE
* 30-Inch Professional Display (Asus PQ321Q)
*Ram 32 GB

Now I'm just asking if I can run GTA V or Video editor any advice?
