Title: Vice City resolution problem

I have already started the work in VC throwback

But my game  VC, Saivc, even that Alien version resolution when I'm playing at 1920x1080 is so large and stretch on what resolution I have that my game looks like at high sharpness video. Anyone knows how to fix.

I stopped editing the collab for while because of this problem

I use this, which fixes the mouse unresponsiveness issue and makes things look less horizontally-stretched (an issue with 16:9 versus 4:3 resolutions).
