Ledge grind in LC

I found the ledge grind in LC,of course i can't do it

use pcj to Grind  it
Or
use freeway

Blue line is run up,X is bump,can bump to green to grind.of course you must kick the traffic light

No.The blue line is run up.Do it dude

Ledge is too thick. Run up is bumpy. It's hard to aim for ledge.
Not going to happen if you ask me.

Look on your map at the island on the right. Now go to the top left of that island. Look around at the buildings there and you will find that little bridge he tries to grind in the picture
