Windows 7 problems.

Yeah i guess i should have expected that. I cant do somethings with my VC. First off i installed the game and added dannyies. Now, when i want to add anything from imgtool i got error. It says "failed to set data for" when it starts and "Dir file error.. file might be in using... exiting" whenever i try to delete something. But thats not all. I tried to atleast play the game. Not gonna happen. I mean the games loads just fine but i cant use mouse. I cant click on anything in menu but i can move mouse. Tho in game i cant do anything. Soooooo.. any ideas?

VC, LC, and SAiVC all work fine on my W7.

i dont understand why people keep using img tool, you can open .img with newest txd workshop

I might just try txd workshop. And i will see if i can run LC.
e: txd seems to be working quite well. thanks  still i cant play the game

Common problem. Try not having alot of other programs up while play VC, then just press ESC a few times.. Or, many times. Then it should work. I have just the same problem, it was unbearable back when I had vista.

After i used this txdworkshop just to replace pcj i cant even load game anymore.  Fuck me. I guess im not gonna play vc anymore.

1. Delete gta_vc.set from user files
2. Run game in compatibility mode for Windows 98/Me
3. ??
4. Profit!

I got it working  Turned out i had "read only" in every vc file. I had to uncheck it and now it pretty much works. Well i still have camera issues but expect that everything is fine 

e: hey hoff, it actually works! thanks man! does it couse any problems when recording? I mean the compatibility mode.

e2: ah, but you cant actually use saves. its good for lc and saivc tho
