Well, alot of times, when I try to view some .AVI's (BBB, Bloodyhook's GTASL 2 stunt, that's all of them I think) it restarts my computer. Why does it do that? And how can I stop it? because it REALLY gets annoying...

Upgrade your comp.

The old saying is true, 'You get what you pay for', you cant expect to get the same results as someone whos got an awsome computer. Its like me complaining about why i get owned at every online game , damn dsl.

Although the restarting thing is weird, i would expect lag, but restarting.

*Note to self* Make next vid a HQ avi.

I would've upgraded my comp along time ago, but we don't have the money...

and teh restarting thing IS weird.

windows 2000 right? that happened to me when i had windows 2000. only with all video types. (<3 XP) i dont think theres anything you can do. i dont know though..

Can you reinstall the OS that might do the trick, you probably have a faulty drive or something. Also have you checked microsoft's website and post your specs.

If you have a dell, go to the site www.dell.com and get the latest drivers for your system and then restart your computer then go to the 3ivx site and get the encoders and decoders from there and it should work.

Money is a valuable thing Sweet and not many people can have it, is it really worth spending it just to see some vids made by people you don' know?

Torque:not really, but I still want to upgrade for other reasons >.<

Storm: Yeah, I got 2000. I don't have a XP disc I can use, but I might be able to get a disc from my friend if I visit him soon (kurtis)

256MB RAM
