Basically, you have 2 choices onto what you would prefer the SASL 3 to be.
A description of both:
Teams: Basically, I would have 8 teams of 7 or more and each week, you get challenges based on how many people are in the teams. You get to pick who does what challenge, and someone will edit it all together in the same order that I give the challenges in. You would get 4-7 days for all the challenges to be in, and if someone doesn't send one in then the other team's persons stunt wins. The judges judge each stunt individually, and the team that gets more than half the votes wins. after a set amount of matches in the whole league, we will start finals, which would have the 1st and 2nd place teams facing off, 3rd and 4th facing off and so on. I'm thinking of doing it every other week, more laidback and stuff, so people don't have to stunt every week. Still planning it, but...
Single elimination: Basic terms. 8 regions, winners of those regions face off in the finals.
I voted for the teams, as it sounds fun and I want to try something new.

Well how many team then will be? And teams need be fair, if Team A where is Teh super noobers vs Team B Teh supah mastash, it isnt fair.

and I'm considering taking the 8 best stunters, and making them team captains. Then I will either let them choose their next stunter in a draft sort of setting, or a random drawing that I will do myself.

Um, dude, it's not crew vs. crew. it's going to be made up of random teams, as you might not even have a member of your crew in your team.

I voted for the Team vs Team, not only that sounds more interesting but i'm sure everyone here would like to work/talk with some new people and stunt together with them without being in the same crew, so it's really cool for those who are newer to stunting as it gives them a better chance to improve.

That's what I was going for. Working with the same people gets kind of boring, which is why I joined USS; to work with dfiferent people. Not that I don't love XSA, but...

If you go with teams I wouldn't call it SASL3, then it should have a new name in my opinion. I think SASL3 should be a single elimination styled competition.

Team vs Team is really unstable, what if you got put in a team with people who randomly said they would take part in SASL3 and then don't do any stunt because they forget it or w/e reason? That would be unfair for the stunter who actually was serious about this.

Seriously, teams would take so much planning for it to be good. First off we all know that EVERYONE is gonna bitch about the team they are in. Secondly ifm people will be judged by their post count or account creation date or something like that, people will be upset about what "grade" they got. I think that if we will have teams we must mix them with good and bad stunters, and it will take alot of planning to make them right. Just look at a lunch break in school. If you are gonna play football, it will take 20 minutes to make the teams, and the loosing team will ALWAYS blame it on unfair teaming (whatever). My vote goes for single man. Last man standing, whatever its called.

Listen, all I am doing is making 8 people team captains, and probably having them choose their team, one at a time. Obviously there will be bad and good stunters in each team.

Ofcoure it will, and that is why all the people that act like cocks and fail to get on with each other will end up losing their matches whereas the cool people will get on well together and prevail

i dont think there will be fall outs because if we have best stunters as captains usually there pretty mature and would be able to sort things out if it were to go wrong

Teams for me. It is something different and prevents some of the round beings won based on the weirdness of a challenge or some people's suckiness at certain types of stunting. As for challenges I reckon at least one less than number of team members would allow for some bad weeks for some individuals without the team suffering
Although from the look of the votes it might be close which will unfortunately piss off some people
EDIT: I would be in favour of a whole team registering together because
1) It would let crews work together more, something that is fun
2) It would allow others to work together and hopefully form a new working team that could be the basis of a crew. What better way to make a first crew video than the collected replays of a teams first SASL together!
3) For people involved (greater feeling of community!)

I voted single since i think WH will rape all teams hard. But it may be cool cos we'd finally see whos best, the problem is for me what teams you mean?
TMS, WH, XSA, GLS, FB, ESU and what more? Dont get me wrong but other teams would have no chance to win with these, so it'd be some kind of best of best and other stunter woudnt have much fun while just watching it.

I'm going to close this poll, since it seems that it's reasonably even and that no matter what I pick someone will be pissed at me so I might as well do the one I want we can do a single one later ;D
