Hi GTAS!! I reinstalled windows and now installed a clean san andreas all bought and it crashes before it gets to the menu

Ive always played on this computer without problems and nothing is different just a new windows

I really like to play samp so please help

Can anyone tell me how they are different, caus i told him i thought the cols are the same but he says they arent

What is the fastest bike in gta 4 + expansion? is it still the nrg, caus i seen people using other bikes to race with and was wondering if they are just stupid or if other bikes are better :O

And what is the fastest car? is it the infernus or bullet gt or the awesome looking police car wich i dont remember the name of? well.. sorry if this was asked before
