Note to a passing Moderator - Not all torrents are illegal, so let us just leave this topic open please, I could use some help of the general populace. Google comes up empty, the search is too general so Google has nothing relevant. the one I am using is freeware where the only way to get the application is through torrenting.
When I start up bittorrent and start my torrent up, it'll go great...for 5 minutes. I'll get speeds of up to 40 kb/s, then everything will start going lower and slowly creeping back down, until there is no more download speed, and the ETA = "Infinity"
I've tried several different torrents and each goes great for 5 minutes, starts climbing, and drops down.
My specs:
Windows XP Home (I know vista shuts some of this out, but I'm on XP)
Internet - Probably around 7 megabits per second, wireless cable.
SMC EZ Connect (Model No. SMC2662W)

I love all of their games. Google already gets enough attention. They are mostly after Steam, which they could probably do some good with, but I still <3 Valve and hope they decline the offer. Gabe Newell can burn in hell though. Long Live Valve

I'm needing to back up some stuff on another partition, but I don't know how and google is proving useless. I don't have any gadgets such as flash drives or external harddrives to backup on, so I'm having to use another partition on this current harddrive. I just need to save things like steam, photoshop, torrents, porn, and my music.
It's bad enough that I am having to borrow an XP CD from a friend.

How do I create a transparent background. example is frost's sig(I hope he doesn't mind me using it as an example)  In this particular sig, he used the forum color scheme to make his transparent, but I know it's possible to do it otherwise, so no matter what forum you're on, it shows the back, without using the forums colors. Help me. I have PS CS2
