Post by: DeathCobra on May 20, 2008, 03:17:55 PM: Over the last few days I've been pretty bored, and I decided to play about with IV stunting for a bit and I came up with this little vid. It's a pure bump vid as I couldnt find anything else of interest around the map.

This is the 4th vid in my Torque solo series, ironically. Also kinda weird the release date of IV sat right on the same day I released my first vid 3 years earlier.

Anyway, this is really a very short vid, poorly edited as ever, but it was fun to make I guess.

Yeah, I moved and had a lot to worry about and didn't have time for stunting. Then I got settled, and never bothered to install SA/VC. But then IV came along and here's JDHJJ/Elmo/Fate! =]

Aye. Don't think he was ever 'Elmo' during his TMS times, but he was weird like that by having so many different names.

Anyways, isn't it ironic that for GTAIV to be considered to have the most realistic physics of the other GTA games, it looks the most floaty?

About teh vid: Awesome stuff some of the bumps were quite high compared to some others. Shame there isn't any proper ISB but that might be a positive thing

Grinds are possible but tough to 'lock on'.

I did Juan's airport bump in GTAIV MP earlier with Tridis, Ocean and JayFoxRox or whatever that freak's name is.

Anyways, Well done DeathCobra, think this the best GTAIV vid out there so far, things can only get better I feel. I'm eager to experiment with wallriding, car stunts etc, let's see what ELSE there is to do other than bump2roofs.

I liked especially the bump to wash-board(next to the building) or some.

As for the video, it was very enjoyable and great fun to watch, a nice useage of the "new" backflips and some nice, high roofs. Good job.

There were some great bump and it proved all the potential that new opus of GTA offer. The stunt at 1:02 was so high, un-expectable for me who thought 30ft bump would be awesome with the new engine.

Congratz DC, continue like that and you'll be a VC,SA and now 4 great stunter.
