Title: Don't you just hate it when you can't go to gigs?

Gah, I was just looking at a website which has all the gigs happening in a venue near me, all the good bands are sold out, or I'm away, or nobody will come with me because they don't like that type of music.

Anyone else feel the same kind of rage as myself?

Oh yeah, either I dont have the money or I dont have a ride, the latter has been solved, i'm waiting for the former to get solved as of this point.

I can beat your story so easily....

I spent my whole teenage life waiting for Iron Maiden to come back to Australia. This year, the first tour of Australia in 16 years and I had my ticket. I was ready to go. However I had lost about 10 kilos in a month and was feeling quite weak leading up to it. I was still able to walk around and maybe could have made the concert. That morning I went to the doctor and he sent me for blood tests. He called me later and told me I had type 1 diabetes and because of its advanced state I had to go straight to the hospital. This meant I missed Iron Maiden Live (fuck!!!!!!!) and I was in hospital for the next few days so I couldn't even go to the second show....

I might not be able to go to devildriver, because of a lack of car and lack of ways back home :/

i was going to go gigantour in Australia last year, i was about to buy my ticket then i found out that my exams were that week so i couldn't go. Then when i knew when my exams were and i didn't have any the next day. so i could have gone.

And that is the last time gigantour was coming out to Aus, and devildriver was there.

I live an hour away from both San Diego and Los Angeles.  I don't miss shit

Opeth is gonna be playing an hour away from me, I'm gonna go see them whether traffic allows it or not, I'm gonna be outside of the club waiting all fucking day if I have to.

Ow, When I lived in CA my house was an hour away from both SD and LA. It was Dana Point. Where do you live?

Well there is a one festival, that i was planning to go and i didn't want to go there alone, so i asked all my friends, but noone from my friends listened the same kind of music that the festival was about (metal). So i missed it...
