Skuller - Afflatus
« on: January 10, 2024, 06:40:09 PM »

Greetings everyone! I am presenting you my newest VC/LC/SAiVC solo called Afflatus! I started this quite a long time ago and since my main editor vanished I happened to make a collaboration with Mati, who managed to edit the whole project during just 3 days in such a professional way! Special thanks goes to him as long as my guests - ARS , FAIZ & MaCi! Have a nice watch!

Awesome solo, I enjoyed the simple edit and nice cam angles.
I gotta say, the finisher was a nicely found way to stuck a csm there, good job on that. I loved the Angel grinds, opener, taxi prec on LS police, MaCi's and Faiz's guest stunts.

Nice finisher. No need to try my version anymore, which is way harder. Can you show how you got regina stuck there?

Guest stunts were also really cool. Smooth grind by MaCi and bonk to second precision by Faiz! Killing it.

Mati's edit beautiful as always

Thanks! And getting the right angle on yours may be harder but stuck looks stable. I went through hell stucking the regina in the right way. Got unstucks pretty often too. https://youtu.be/SdkonTw1QzE?si=ePkNkCpmhFNXUSQj

It was a beautiful day off work to edit this video, I was afraid that it would not be possible to assemble it all in 14 hours.
Good job with the finisher, I haven't seen anyone get a vehicle stuck like that before.

Some delectable stunts and executions, among my favorites are: the squalo stuckie prec wedged inbetween two road signs, the boost to the clocktower, the angel double grind in LC, the breakable sidewalk barrier double bump to roof in LC which I lost as an idea and the finisher which was quite the steep ascent there. Well done.

solo of the year, my favourite was 1:55 and finisher
good stunts overall, maybe too much saivc stuff
editing was simple and cool at same time, nice music choice

Quality stunting right there. Great work.

My favourite was 02:30 going through the sign. There are not many spots like that so it's a clever find.

Editing overall is not that bad considering the amount of time spent but finisher could've been displayed better. Atleast in the final shot, a light flickering to piano notes could be touching.

Good job nonetheless  :ajaja:

Thank you very much for the words AllBeast! As you know 1:55 was unintentional, but was just too good to be skipped, so I decided to use it. And yes there were indeed too much SAiVC stunts, but those were everything I had. :)
