V Videos / Re: Best GTA V plane stuntman?
« on: October 15, 2013, 04:08:15 PM »
None can be called best gta v plane stunter unless you do something crazy / creative combos with the plane and not normal flying under bridges , everyone can do that within some tries . Nothing special about it....

:D I don't consider myself to be the best, but the choice of words has a high impact on whether people click through. At the time of upload the other stuntages were awful tbh, but I put a question mark so as not to claim to be the best.

Thank you, well, I don't have much to say! This forum seems quite quiet =[ So I have a shared youtube channel where we focus on quality rather than quantity and as a result of the unfairness on youtube we get nowehere near as much views as lesser quality stunts. Ahhhhhhh YouTube </3
It's not that quiet, It's just the introduction section isn't that much visited. But do please tell us your first name and maybe your age. And if you post the video in the GTA V section, which is a lot more active atm, I'm sure you'll get more comments. And about youtube, most of the videos made here barely get a 1000 views(Mine anyway), but we don't care. It's all fun and games

Well I am 20 and currently in my last year at uni, so I tend to just play for game clips like above when I do find time. Haha its discouraging watching people drive a car up and hill and get a 200 000+ video :( I shall post to the GTA V section if I ever find it! Can no one move this for meeeeeeeee

I thought it was average in terms of flying. The tunnels and bridges you picked are pretty average in size (as in the tunnels spaces are pretty big). If you pick some harder tunnels I would vote for 'great'. Try some train tunnels, it barely leaves any room at the sides of the mallard but they are not that hard in general. If you want me to vote for 'epic' you'll have to step it up quite a bit though. Something I have never seen before as flying in GTA V is not all too hard.

EDIT:// Very nice video though, enjoyed watching it.

Ah train track tunnels, I will have to try that. It is hard with uni as I barely know the whole city still, need locations for stunts. I am going to try more complex stuff in the next vid as a lot of comments have asked. Can I ask if you have tried that first tunnel? as it looks a lot easier than it is until you have quite some practice. Thank youu

Really liked the video man. Nice music as well. Even though this is the place to introduce yourself this was a pretty nice introduction I'd say  :P The tunnels had to be a pain in the butt to fly in them perfectly! This place isn't as "quiet" as it seems. We are just in that time of the year again

xD You can count on me to mess up my introduction! The tunnels, well in the first vid it took about 2 hours maybe more and at first I thought it was impossible but as you get further you realise you can do it. Second vid it took one hour, I can get through pretty easily now as you can imagine, but I wouldn't put my money on a first try.

Vid speaks for itself, feel free to leave comments and tips!

Don't know how to do embedded video guys :( Sorry

I hope this is how everyone is asking for me to reply ( I have no idea, never put any input in a forum before lol)

Small tip in the beginning, you can do all of the above posts in one post. Avoid double, triple or even quadriple posting like you did there is an edit button  :P

About tunnels, there is an easy train tunnel like a few centimeters south east of trevor's house on the map. It has a slight curve but it only took me 15 minutes to fly through (not upside down just regular). Yea I tried the first tunnel, took me two tries to do. Doing it twice in a row like you will take me a few more tries I think.  :) You should check this:
[GTA SA] Viper tunnels
GTA V might be a bit harder because of the turbulence with flying but the same stuff is possible. Think big  :cc_detective:

Thanks mate just what I needed, I will have a search for that. Two tries is incredible, you are probably a lot better than me at it. Brilliant vid, is this your youtube channel? GTA V turbulence isn't too bad once you have maxed out flying.

Tell me about it... The stunters in this community basically sacrifice their free time on the PC, stunting in the old GTA games for hours to execute a stunt (some times it take months for some stunts) and all we get is barely 1000 views on youtube and support from other stunters in the community. My point is that the feedback, after all these months of working on the video, then the editor recording everything and editing it, is not worth it, when you have some guys in YouTube as you said that make a first try 5 minute video of driving a car and get 20 times more views than us. But on the other hand it's really satisfying when you land something you've been trying for a long long time, and if you stay in this place and stunt with us you'll know the feeling

Also, learn to use the "edit" button on your posts, multiple posting looks dumb  :D

Replying like this is long, I have a feeling I am doing it wrong yet again :|
Ah that's a shame, I didn't realised I was in a good position compared to others. We are still growing atm but if you were to all submit me clips once we are larger I could do a community vid for you. And yes that feeling of doing something really complex is amazing!

Nice video. The stunts weren't particularly hard but the video was put together nicely. I didn't like the first person camera angles as it made it less enjoyable to watch and the stunts easier.

Appreciate the comment, I have a feeling I am surrounded by much more skilled players. I will use third person now but it doesnt feel right. What is the hardest stunt you have seen on GTA V, I would like to try it :D
