Looks boring, sadly enough. Just another generic military shooter with semi-epic Hollywood story. I think I'll pass.

Oh and it's EA, so fuck it twice.

If my PC can run it decently I'll end up buying it anyway. I just enjoy playing Battlefield. And guys this is a singleplayer map. I doubt they will make BF3-ish maps here.

If they skip Origin, I'll buy it just to be able to play BF3 the way it was supposed to be played. Still think Battlefield offers better multiplayer than any other shooter.

It is a lot like BF3 but after all it's still a sequel to that game and it does feel like a sequel because but there is also a 1000 improvements I could mention right now that I bet are visible to anyone who didn't play either of these games. I think this makes the perfect BF3, oh and judging by the clips at the end of the trailer... they technically showed the most BF3-like part of the game (which would make sense if they planned to show stuff early they'd show stuff people already know than ruin all the surprises), but judging by the very few seconds and the end... with the naval stuff and so on. THAT seems like something I've never seen before, completely new. Which makes sense, why let all there is to the game so early..

Honestly I've been playing BF since Bad Company 2 and tested out the older games, and DICE has never been capable of disappointment... no matter how "shitty" EA is, I've never felt any influence from them on the production like you do with a game like Call of Duty with Activision. And seeing this gameplay, it seems like the improvement between the first Bad company and Bad Company 2, they kinda looked a like at the beginning but it was a completely different game... and they only had one year in production in between... BF4 had two years and a half since BF3 which only proves EA is supporting high quality production at sacrifice of time not opposing it since thats more than their usual time frame.

All that aside, I'll pre-order this, twice. And I'll play it at least half the week every week all the way from release till the end just like I did with BF3 :euro:

Adding: I agree with those saying Battlefield doesn't really bring new ideas to the table, it's no Bioshock, Portal nor anti-chamber.. it does use generic elements and ideas but what makes Battlefield so good is the gameplay, the possibilities are endless and it feels so smooth and so rich that it's addictive to keep you playing for years (multi-player wise), just like GTA.

Moar: Though as many say, I do not like Origin but I'm willing to take it's pain and I guess EA knows that which is hurtful forceful marketing but at least they got what they wanted so they must be doing something right. I'd have like the old Bad Comapny 2 - like setting where you just launch the game and it's all from there, in-game server browser and so on.

Though I must admit, Bad Company 2 had ENDLESS update issues for me, and several server browser bugs. When on the other hand Battlelog never held back with the servers it always worked properly for me since day 1, and I had no problems updating BF3 and gosh there was a lot of updates especially if you have premium and you get all the DLCs, thats like two updates per DLC so yeah they had to have a solid updating platform. But I always wonder what stops them from doing the good old one file direct-download and it unpacks to the game... that'll always work. Even if they have other default option, that option has to be there... thats just my opinion.

So the guy just survived a fall from the 15th floor of a collapsing building and they still tell him to go behind the wheel and do acrobatics outside the car while they're sitting on their seats waiting for him to crash the car? Thoses retards totally deserved to sink and drown in agony.

Also the dying guy must be a vegetarian because the knife cut through his leg just as if it was a cucumber.

i thought it was surgeon simulator 2013
Rage Quit - Surgeon Simulator 2013

It's obvious that they cut the video when he fell of that building, I doubt it's like that in the game. And the knife cut through his leg felt like if it was a cucumber because as he actually says in the video that it crushed his bones.

though dak be funneh :euro:
