That wont work for most songs, they also scan the audio for similarities to the music in their library.

STAND IN THE CORNER AND SCREAM WITH ME!

Good tip, It may not work all the time because they may match them to their library, but it is always worth doing it.

Youtube only checks the first 30 seconds of the video.....

Works in some musics because YT fixed it in a lot of musics.
It worked with the "SKRILLEX" video, I've reuploaded the video in my channel with any problems.

The last montage video I did had copyrighted music in it, which YouTube matched from the 58 second mark, right up to over 3 minutes.  It was also an arrangement which I'd made myself, hence there being no match for the first and last minutes.

I'm really not sure what this is meant to do,  as putting an mp3 file into a video and then rendering it will not include the mp3 tags.  Despite the fact that it just doesn't, think about how it wouldn't be able to do that if there were more than 1 song used.

Slight pitch shift and/or time stretching is the only real way to fool YouTube, but they both potentially sound ugly as sin.

Tbh it really isn't hard to find copyright free music/songs that won't get muted, even if you're going for monetization there's thousands upon thousands of indie bands that release stuff for free you can use.

Agreed^

Even pitch shifting and time stretching is risky (and shit sounding as Honk said), there are still slight chances it could get a match. Funny how I thought this was gonna work back when I posted my comment  the tags are not included in the rendering lmao.
Also some tracks also have watermarks, which can be possibly detected too. :P
