Title: GTA IV is laggning ?!

I have 2 problems with GTA IV

1. i can´t change the graphic settings
2. the game is laggnig

my computer:

-3gb NVIDIA GTX 570M
-8 GB RAM
- i7-2670QM
-windows 7 ultimate - 64 bit

It's a known bug, I think you need to add -norestrictions in Target in the shortcut.

Also IV is bad optimized crap, you can't expect to run it smooth because you have nice specs.

Update your GPU Driver and GTA IV to 1.0.7.0
