Dannye's ultimate stunting main.scm. It can be found in the GTA Modding section. It's what every stunters uses. It has built in car spawners and teleporting functions + ghost town. Excuse me for not linking it, I am watching the bouldering world championship stream and it's about to get going again  :D

It comes with a readme file where you can find all the combinations  ;) Things like ghost town can only be triggered on foot, so don't forget that. Most of the others speak for themselves. Like spawning only works on foot as well.
