no one here can say if this is a fake. it is impossible to understand if it is true or not

only rockstar can deny or confirm this. and you know rockstar don't give a fuck to do this

perhaps a way to tell if it's true, is to watch more videos of this guy and try to understand what kind of person he is.

No chance. Customer service do not work with the developers, especially in a big company like Rockstar. Imagine that, they can prevent the public from knowing that a trailer was going to be released in October despite hundreds of people working on GTA V, but they can't stop a customer service guy from divulging the schedule of the development team? 100% false
