You might need the handling patch Juan. Check PGTA for it.

PGTA = PlanetGrandTheftAuto (www.planetgrandtheftauto.com)

The handling patch is an updated handling.cfg file that you place in your Vice City/data/ directory. It will allow the bikes to wheelie as they do in VC.

If you have anyone on your MSN that stunts...there's a good chance they'll have the patch.
