Here's some raw opinion, get ready, dont feel butthurt too much, it's what I think
The stunts overall were fucking great, amazing ideas all around, but I dont trust you man, after you modded previously and even admitted to it. Even on the raw footage (lmao raw footage released right after the edit, this shows how unwatchable most of the stunts from the edit were, god damn, am I glad Ezraph was "busy with college" when I asked him to edit my solo), you could see lags and strange behavior - from the raw footage 0:15, 2:03, 2:08, 3:03  (the latter you could obviously see something strange at the bump - invis cols again??)

Do you really stunt with cut out tree textures in LC? I remember couple of years back Art was blamed for "modding" his SF bridge invisible collision finisher just by making that collision visible, and now you see similar shit here.

Other than that good job, if (at least), some of the stunts were clean.

E: And I can't believe Ezraph actually placed some japanese girl talking while you were showing the "MaCi RIP" outro... Im just speechless dude. Why not fucking Metallica or something from his own album??? EVEN AUDIOLESS WOULD BE 100X BETTER! Not some autistic weaboo anime shit, dude, really dumb move  :neen:

I present you my new VC solo.
It was supposed to be a "G" sequel video, since its exactly 4 years since the release of "G3", but most of the guys are inactive and we don't have much time or motivation for VCMP I decided to take the matter in my own hands and use the CarRec script for thi-

Cool video, I especially liked the combos where you continued to the next big roof and the precis.
1:33, 1:42, 2:05, 2:13, 3:22 and 3:33 were my favs.
Btw 3:47 was an old spot - I guess its not possible without mods?  :hmm:

That heavy guitar was banging thoughout the whole video, I liked it

The GTAS-man himself. Glad to be able to witness a solo by you in 2024. I remember your Skimmer-Caddy ejects in the past was probably one of the things that sparkled the idea of our "G" videos in multiplayer.
Unusual, unorthodox way of stunting, showing that stunting isn't just bikes and rads. Great usage of terrain and vehicles' specific properties/mass etc.
My favorite was the taxi push from the VC beach hotel, the Donut stunts, the Hunter grinds, the caddy grenade "race". Sweet stuff.

When I see time limited videos my first association is with old stunts, glad I was proven wrong here.
Great stuff. I liked the most the stunts - but standouts for me were the Sandking grind, finisher and some grab combos were just too sweet.

Fresh and clean edit too! Gj

Awesome solo, I enjoyed the simple edit and nice cam angles.
I gotta say, the finisher was a nicely found way to stuck a csm there, good job on that. I loved the Angel grinds, opener, taxi prec on LS police, MaCi's and Faiz's guest stunts.

Such an enjoyable video, great style! Amazing curb bumps all around and that MTB bounce method was really something i've never seen before lol I can't say "you had too much grinds" because thats obviously your style and what you excell in, so great job.

great video, perhaps some more stunts with non-VC vehicles (like that bulldozer bump or a with a quad for example) or a taxi boost would have been interesting :P
Thanks for the live reaction Ltab! Also glad to have a review from someone who tried stunting in this engine as well :P I agree with you, stunting with a controller is a pain in the behind, I recommend getting it working with an emulator (if you haven't yet), because its no fun without save/load location. And yeah I had to do a better job with the recording (full-screen, or crop it at the editing), hope it wasn't that big of a distraction. Cheers!

Regarding taxi boosts - i tried some, but taxi boosting just doesn't work as you would expect in VC, you basically dont get that "stuck" into the wall, I tried with rollboosting or just regular shift, and couldn't get more than 2-3 boosts on a wall so I just dropped the idea.
Quadbike also sucks (its slow, heavy and gets stuck on grinds, maybe use it as a stuck vehicle).
There's a Forklift and it's fork can get stuck in some walls and fences, unfortunately I couldnt manage to land the roofs I wanted with it -
Bulldozer definitely has a huge potential, its front blade is actually rounded so it gives pretty good bumps, here's a spot I wasn't able to land but got close:

The freeway seemed surprisingly fast, good stuff landed with that.

Yeah it is basically as fast as the PCJ + being lower which makes it perfect for low/curb bumps
Thank you for the detailed post!  :)

Cool find with the bmx, it seems super scuffed in this engine (iirc you can reach ridiculous speeds just by learning foward), I wonder if there's more goofy stuff that can be done with it
That wallslide glitch was by far the most I could "sqeeze" out of the BMX. Its slow, bunny-hops are small (cant do shenanigans as in SA for example). I managed to do couple of bunny-hops to grinds but they were meh-ish and didnt include them. But yeah definitely could get creative even with that!

WCAR is also veryyyy much welcomed, nice song choice. GG 😎
Rock on! I've been listeneing to WCAR since 2009, great band. Even after Kyle's death (the clean vocalist) they still manage to pull out banger songs like Darkbloom.

Thanks for the comments, keep em coming!

Thanks guys, glad you enjoyed it!

does LCS have bikes? I only played VCS back in the day
Yep, Here's a list of all LCS vehicles and their stats. No airplanes though, which is a bit of a downgrade since in GTA III you could actually fly a plane.
Tbh I wanted to try some LCS stuff as well, but I got carried away with the amount of fresh stuff I found just in VCS. Maybe next one could be in LCS/VCS  :cc_detective:
