Grand theft auto wont start after installing skin

Hey guys i got an amazing skin made by egoist, But the problem is when i install the skin with IMGTOOL the game loading screen loads till half and then stops loading. Its only when i change the skin, does anyone know a fix or can anyone help me because that skin is awesome and I wanna play with it !

first things first right click the game folder and choose properties and make sure read only is unticked.

next make sure you are deleting the NRG from the IMG and then adding the new one, not selecting replace since that fucks it up
