Where to buy legit CD keys?

Title says it all, i wanna pre-order FIFA13, but i dunno where. I've found some sites, but i'd rather ask you to recommend any sites you have any experiences with, some suggestions or anything. Any help is appreciated

At first, I thought it's a fraud, but it wasn't.
I bought my EFLC retail key from there. I had some issues and worries about it, but later I received it.

It's 42€ here, the one i ordered was 33€, and it was the ultimate version either i believe.
