Edit: They even have a mole in the same place, this has got to be the narrator / character on the balcony for sure! I'm also guessing he's one of the playable protagonists.

certainly looks like him, but they've never based their characters on the voice actors before?

I think if this is true people are missing the biggest thing this shows, it's highly likely they used motion scan from LA Noire :D

Yeah, if they've used LA Noire's motion scan, thats the reason why they would base their character on the voice actor.

Naw but it would make sense to see CJ back again, hopefully as a missiongiver or just something like a cameo of some sort. Actually I like all the guys from the past GTAs except Claude. He's that guy that never talked and is kind of weird.
