the double bump is almost impossible. Theres like a bump right before the sidewalk that always makes you miss it. I can probably land it with a packer though. Its not a slow slow road.
Oh and its not even close to being 100ft.

I tried this with Genyus and SS in Samp ^ ^ I always had a roadbump befor the packer and crashed in it ! ...

many moons ago, i tried getting on that thing from multiple spots and it's not possible without RAD's method. with a longer runup and RAD's you could probably bump a ledge at the entrance to that studio and make it, but the actual runup is shit. as for the approach you suggest, well you'll definitely need RAD's and an extremely tricky bump. MAJOR props to anyone who pulls it off. i personally probably won't try it again because it's extremely frustrating.
