Don't have a picture to explain it.

Go to the top of the tallest building in Los Santos, the one with the parachute on top of it, with an NRG-500 and jump off the top. Now you have to land on the street below without falling off the bike. If you get that one with ease then try to do a krailflip and land it.

You drive the bike into the yellow cone at the entrance to the building, and you'll spawn onto the top of it.
