One of your source files is probably corrupt, try to replace the clip it happens with with another clip and see what happens.

nothing worked, i've changed every file in there, nothing worked. fuck 7th Vegas, i'm going back to 5th. please close this.

You can try to remove the filters used on that particular clip or clear up some disc space too.
